Venue Manager

We are seeking a experienced and enthusiastic Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of our campsite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guest services and hospitality, ensuring that all campers have a memorable and enjoyable experience. This role requires excellent management skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests of all ages.

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or guest services is essential.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
  •  
  • Ability to work 8hrs a day, including weekends as required by camp schedule.
  •  
  • First Aid certification is an advantage but not mandatory; training can be provided.
  •  
  • Manage the overall operations of the campsite, including staff scheduling, and resource allocation.

  • Ensure high standards of guest services are maintained at all times, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

  • Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations to provide a safe environment for all participants.

  • Oversee the maintenance of camp facilities, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for guests.
