Event Stage Hire

We offer a range of mobile stages that are perfect for events where space or time is limited. These stages provide ample room for bands, musicians or sports teams and can be set up in under 30 minutes.

Each stage deck sits approximately 1 meter off the ground, with a cantilevered roof design that ensures great visibility for the audience. The stages feature three rigging bars for lights or banners, and fully adjustable steps that can be positioned on any side for flexibility.

With a focus on efficient design and low operating costs, our mobile stages are a cost-effective solution for budget-conscious events or as secondary stages at festivals. We offer four stage sizes to suit your needs:

6x4m Trailer Stage

This is smallest and simplest trailer stage. It's a great solution for smaller events where space or time is at a premium, with enough room for bands, musicians or a sports team, but an assembly time of less than 30 mins. The stage deck is roughly 1m from the ground, and the cantilevered roof design means excellent sightlines. There are three bars available for rigging lights or banners, and the fully adjustable steps can be positioned on any side. The efficient design and low operating costs mean that this is a very cost effective option for budget-conscious events, or as a secondary stage for festivals.

6.25x6.5m Trailer Stage

The stage transports as a compact trailer, but opens out to give a fully covered area of 6.25m x 6.5m. (40.5 sqM, or 437 sqFt) This is more than ample space to accommodate a full band. The beauty is that you can put the stage anywhere there is reasonably flat ground - It's ideal for events that need a proper covered stage, with plenty options for lighting positions. The stage can be assembled in around 30 minutes, and provides a great focal point for your event. The extra height on this model means that it's easy to get banners prominently displayed, to maximise sponsorship income. The stage deck is 1m off the ground with up to 3.5m of roof clearance.

7.5x5.3m Trailer Stage

This medium-sized stage is a great option for events that need a little more space. The assembly time is incredibly fast for a stage of this size - as low as 30 minutes. Stage area is 39.75sqM (428sqFt) with the extra room very welcome for dancers or larger bands. It'll fit a seven or eight piece band quite comfortably. The stage deck is roughly 1m off the ground, and there's excellent visibility thanks to an innovative cantilevered roof design. There are four bars within the roof which can be used to hang lights or banners. Despite its size, this is a surprisingly cost-effective option and proving very popular with all kinds of events.

8.75x6.3m Trailer Stage

Our 8.75m trailer stage is the highlight of our fleet, designed for larger events with complex production requirements. Key features include: 8.75m by 6.3m floorspace (55 square meters or 592 square feet) Arched roof design with 3.6m to 4.3m headroom 800kg rigging capacity Quick assembly in under 1 hour With its spacious layout, this stage easily accommodates even the most intricate band setups. It also offers excellent weather protection, with full sidewalls available for added coverage.
